There is a lot to love about Seville at Tradition, but that gorgeous resort-style pool gets me every time. This isn't your typical neighborhood pool. Seville's Beach Club features a 7,000-square-foot, resort-inspired beach-entry pool, complete with a whirlpool and plenty of cabana seating. It gives the community that little bit of "I'm on vacation" energy, except you get to call it home. Add in the clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, event lawn and easy access to everything happening throughout Tradition, and Seville delivers a lifestyle that feels just as impressive as the homes themselves.

And here's my other favorite thing about Seville: I always tell buyers to ask me what's happening behind the scenes before they assume the price they see online tells the whole story. New construction incentives can change quickly, and Mattamy Homes has offered some seriously attention-grabbing opportunities on select Seville homes.
