What I love most about Tradition in Port St. Lucie is that it genuinely feels like its own little city tucked inside the city I call home. There’s an energy here that’s hard to explain until you experience it. You can grab coffee in the morning, meet friends for lunch, shop, enjoy dinner and cocktails, catch live music or a community event in Tradition Square, and end the evening strolling beneath the lights without ever really leaving the neighborhood. And the local dining scene just keeps getting better, giving residents plenty of places to turn an ordinary Tuesday night into a night out.
But Heart in the Park may be my favorite addition yet. At an incredible 73 feet tall, it holds the Guinness World Record as the world’s tallest heart sculpture, and somehow its massive size is only part of what makes it special. There’s something wonderfully whimsical about standing beneath this enormous glowing heart with someone you love. It has quickly become one of those places where you stop for a photo, linger a little longer than you planned, and think, okay, this is pretty darn cool to have in our backyard.
That’s the magic of Tradition for me. You can come here for dinner and accidentally stay for the sunset, live music, a walk around the square and a picture beneath the world’s tallest heart. It feels polished and exciting, but still has that distinctly Port St. Lucie sense of community. Tradition isn't just somewhere I'd show you homes. It's somewhere I'd tell you to come early, stay late and experience for yourself, because the lifestyle is half the reason people fall in love with living here.
